Free Lesson Plans For Teens On Internet Safety

Decorative

Teens think they know more about the internet than adults—and they might—but they still need to be educated on internet safety. They might know all the ins and outs of social media and the latest smartphone apps, but they might not know just how vulnerable they really are when they post online and visit certain websites.

These free lesson plans were designed with the fact in mind that 95% of teens in the U.S. use the internet, with an average of more than five hours each day (source). With so many teens spending so much time online, it’s becoming increasingly important to educate them on the many risks involved in using online technologies.

The lessons all work together to teach teens how to be safe online.
