You are a Ving star (or on your way to becoming one after this blog) but did you know that Ving can integrate and work with a number of tools that you are already using? By the end of this blog I hope that I have helped out your process and saved you some time with these awesome integrations.
Google Docs, Sheets, Slides
Are you a Google users? Link your Google account in your profile area so that you can save time by uploading files to your Ving through our blue Google button. You can find the button here.
Google Contacts
With linking your Google account and syncing your Google Drive files you also are syncing your contacts and groups from Google. Cool right!? It is just that easy. Maintain your Google address book and Ving will have it all ready for you.
Social Media, Company Portals, Other
Have you ever found yourself using “bitly” to shorten a link? No longer. Every Ving comes with a custom short URL link. Post this short URL to your favorite social media site or company portal or really anywhere that you can post a short URL. Your analytics will all come back to one place making you a super star. A secret pro tip that you may not have seen yet is our new Verified viewers setting. Simply mark a Ving Verified and people will be required to log in so you know who they are when viewing your Ving.
CRM & BCC
If you are looking to get a copy of the invitations you send or want to sync up your Vings with your CRM check out our new BCC field in your contacts area. For every invite you send we will log the history to the email you include in the BCC field.
