What's a safety culture? Do I have that? Do I need it? These are all things you might ask yourself when you see the phrase "safety culture." OSHA defines it as sharing beliefs, practices, and attitudes. Just because you have employees that have these things doesn't mean they are equal or shared.
Creating a safety culture takes time, dedication, and change. If you can focus on bringing these practices and attitudes together for good and allow them to improve how you work towards safety then you are on your way to creating a safety culture worth comparing to others.
