Orlando, FL — Ving, a leader in digital safety training and compliance solutions, proudly participated in Coverings 2025, North America’s preeminent event for the ceramic tile and natural stone industry. Held in Orlando, Florida, the global event brought together thousands of professionals from across the construction, design, and fabrication sectors for a week of discovery, networking, and recognition.

As a company deeply embedded in supporting the safety and success of stone fabricators, Ving used this opportunity to connect with both current customers and respected industry leaders. Throughout the event, the Ving team engaged in meaningful conversations about how digital tools and microburst training are transforming the way teams approach safety, compliance, and employee engagement—especially in high-impact industries like stone fabrication.

Among the highlights of the event was celebrating Travis McDermott, Executive Vice President at McDermott Top Shop and Board Member of the International Surface Fabricators Association (ISFA). McDermott was honored as a Coverings 2025 Rock Star Award Winner, a prestigious recognition given to emerging leaders for their vision, dedication, and positive impact on the industry.

Ving also congratulates Laura Grandlienard, Owner of ROCKin'teriors in Raleigh, NC, who was named Stone World’s 2024 Fabricator of the Year. The award was presented during a special ceremony at The International Surface Event (TISE) on January 29, 2025. Grandlienard was celebrated for her unwavering commitment to sustainable practices, cutting-edge design, and quality craftsmanship in natural stone fabrication.

These recognitions underscore the continued excellence and innovation within the stone industry—and Ving is proud to work alongside such inspiring leaders.
